This is a great opportunity to join our recruitment team as an In-house Recruiter based at our newly renovated head office in Thame. Up to £28,000k per annum basic DOE, with an additional £5K OTE opportunity which is uncapped (subject to performance), Bupa healthcare, generous holiday allowance, hybrid working.

You will be working within an in-house Recruitment team who recruit people into field roles across the UK for some of the biggest brands in the world. You'll responsible for having great conversations over the phone / video (Teams) with potential future talent!
You will enjoy working at pace and working across multiple roles and clients. Great teamwork and collaboration with your colleagues and line manager will be essential.
