Job summary

A Christian camp organization is seeking part-time seasonal staff to assist guests and perform various tasks including hospitality, recreation, and housekeeping. Ideal candidates will share a commitment to values and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. Responsibilities involve maintaining guest areas, providing positive assistance, and supporting team leaders. The role offers a unique opportunity to work within a passionate team dedicated to serving guests and sharing faith. Must be 18+ and willing to engage in spiritual life activities.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • First Aid/CPR certified, or willingness to acquire certifications.
  • Signed statement of faith required.

Responsibilities

  • Provides positive assistance to guests and other employees.
  • Services and cleans assigned guest rooms and other areas.
  • Reports facility needs to Team Leader.

Skills

Job Summary

To serve guests with excellence by performing a variety of assigned tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provides positive assistance to guests, and other employees through all assignments.

Actively supports operational services which may include the following:

  • Recreation
  • First Aid
  • Food Service
  • Retail
  • Housekeeping
  • Maintenance/Landscaping
  • Hosting

Becomes familiar with and practices safety procedures at all times.

Actively supports and participates in the staff spiritual life activities.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Services and cleans all assigned guest rooms, meeting rooms, restrooms, buildings, offices and other areas in accordance to cleaning standards.

Follows all safety standards relating to work responsibilities.

Works in support of Team Leader.

Sets up and moves furniture as requested.

Assists with seasonal changeover.

Reports facility needs to Team Leader.

Relates graciously to guests and staff.

Education and Experience

Some college preferred.

First Aid/CPR certified, or the willingness to acquire certifications.
