About You

The candidate must be willing to work as part of a team and always be punctual for shifts. The role will involve working shift patterns, which will include evenings and weekends. The candidate should have excellent customer care and good knowledge and understanding of leisure pool environments. An NPLQ qualification is essential for this role.

About the Role

The role of a lifeguard will be to ensure the safety of and enjoyment of centre users and to partake in the management of all aspects of the daily activities of the centre. The lifeguard will work as part of a team to ensure all facilities are presented to the highest levels of cleanliness, to maintain a warm, friendly and professional atmosphere, and to deliver high standards of customer care at all times in order to generate customer loyalty.

A successful applicant will be able to join a committed and hard‑working team to ensure the safety of customers in the pool at all times. The team is friendly and dedicated, and they are looking to expand.
