A leading mental health organization in the UK is seeking candidates to facilitate service user leave and support their recovery planning. The role involves escorting patients, reporting on leave, and engaging with various stakeholders. Experience in a mental health setting is desirable. This position offers generous annual leave and an excellent pension plan.
The post holder is expected to work over a 7 day period with service users in facilitating and enabling leave to ensure that therapeutic objectives are attained as part of the service users recovery and progress towards discharge.
The post holder will have the necessary skills and competencies in escorting patients and will also plan and report on individual service user leave and provide information and data to monitor use of therapeutic leave across the service.

The Trust mandates all post holders who require a DBS for their role to subscribe to the DBS Update Service. You will be required to enrol for this service for a fee of £16 per year and maintain registration throughout your employment with GMMH.
