Overview

Location: Coventry. Hours: Full time, 37.5 per week. Salary range: £27,861.26 - £32,002.35 (dependent on experience).

Responsibilities
  • Carry out assessments of need, including current use, history, health, and social situation.
  • Develop personalised recovery plans in collaboration with service users.
  • Deliver one-to-one and group alcohol-specific interventions.
  • Run recovery pods and community groups to support people at different stages of their journey.
  • Provide outreach to individuals, including those engaged in street drinking, supporting them to connect with treatment.
  • Work closely with local agencies and partners to build effective care pathways.
  • Promote safer choices, peer support and lasting recovery.
