Overview

Recovery Co-ordinator – Young Persons Services in Kensington & Chelsea is seeking a full-time position for £23 hourly, with a contract duration of 3 months with a view to extend. This opportunity involves working within a dedicated Children and Young People’s Drug and Alcohol Service, where you’ll support vulnerable and hard-to-reach young people every day.   • Manage a caseload from referral through to closure, maintaining accurate records of all interactions and plans in line with service procedures.
  • Utilise knowledge of SystmOne to efficiently manage and document cases.
  • Support young people in overcoming complex challenges, contributing to their safety and resilience.
