What You Will Be Doing
  • Front Desk Management: Be the first point of contact for all visitors, staff, tenants, and couriers, representing HelloFresh with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Customer-Centric Service: Respond to queries and facilities tickets for HelloFresh and two sub‑tenants, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Facilities Support: Maintain office supplies, stock food & beverage, stationery, and toiletries, keeping the space running smoothly.
  • Security: Monitor building access, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and the security of the workspace.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and make small, impactful improvements to the workplace environment, contributing to a positive employee experience.
  • Vendor Management: Work with external service providers and facilities contractors to ensure smooth operations (e.g., cleaning, maintenance, security).
  • Collaborative Environment: Partner with the Workplace & Culture team to enhance workplace initiatives, foster relationships, and continually improve employee experiences.
Who You Are
  • Experience: You have proven experience in front-of-house or reception roles, ideally leading reception individually over the last couple of years.
  • Customer Service: You're a true people person who thrives on connecting with others and loves to make a positive impact.
  • Organisational Skills: You enjoy maintaining routine, keeping everything organised, and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proactive & Detail-Oriented: You're a self-starter who can spot areas for improvement and take action with minimal supervision.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using tools like Jira, GSuite, Canva, and are eager to learn new software.
  • Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment, working with a diverse range of stakeholders, from employees to external partners.

Location

The HelloFresh Farm, 60 Worship Street, EC2A 2EZ, London. This role is office-based (Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm).
