A prestigious educational institution is looking for a Receptionist to provide a world-class welcome for visitors. This role requires strong customer service skills, adaptability, and a professional image. The candidate will work in a dynamic environment during regular business hours. The role is based in our main reception and is key to providing all visitors (including students, staff and conference delegates) with a warm, friendly and 'World Class Premium Welcome'. You will champion and role model great customer service, building rapport with visitors to make them feel welcome and supporting staff and colleagues in a helpful and proactive way. You should have strong customer service skills, along with a background of working in a Reception or administration team within a busy environment. You'll also have excellent personal presentation and will maintain a professional image, whilst being friendly, approachable and adaptable with good interpersonal skills. We are going through an exciting period of transformation focusing on delivering best-in-class customer service and putting great design at the heart of everything we do. The university has gone through a substantial refurbishment over the last couple of years, and you could be part of the next piece of our journey. The hours for this role are currently 8am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday and 9am to 5pm on Fridays. However, these are under review.
