A renowned hotel in Hertfordshire is looking for a customer-focused team member to enhance guest experiences by welcoming visitors and assisting in their check-in/out process. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. Responsibilities include managing guest relations, handling reservations, and ensuring high standards of service at all times. Flexibility in working hours is necessary as shifts may include mornings, evenings, and weekends.

You will be working as part of a team, showing own initiative whilst displaying highest standards of customer care at all times. The role involves welcoming and checking in / checking out guests, answering the telephone, banking responsibilities, dealing with customer enquiries and reservations accurately and promptly in the absence of the reservations department.
