A healthcare organization in Ipswich is looking for a Full-Time Receptionist to join their friendly and supportive team. As the first point of contact, you will manage communications with service users, visitors, and professionals effectively. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and have experience in a busy reception environment. Benefits include training programs and annual leave, with a salary of £24,465 per annum (pro rata).
We are currently seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our friendly and supportive reception team within Resource Centre, Walker Close.
The position is 22.5 hours per week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 09:00 - 17:00.
When working on reception, you will be the first point of contact for service users, carers, visitors and professionals. You will be expected to demonstrate effective team work skills as well as the ability to work independently. Tasks will include, but is not limited to: answering the phone and emails, liaising directly with service users, clinicians and external agencies, scanning and uploading of information onto our electronic patient record - Lorenzo.
You are also required to complete day to day operational tasks such as logging maintenance requests.
You will be required to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word and Outlook will be essential. Knowledge of the trust system Lorenzo would be an advantage.
