A local educational institution in Canterbury seeks an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to deliver exceptional front desk service starting on April 22, 2026. We are looking for an experienced and professional Receptionist/Administrator to provide a first class service on Reception starting Wednesday 22April 2026. Meeting/greeting, telephone duties and processing a wide range of administrative tasks will form the backbone of this role.
Candidates should be well organised, diplomatic, confidential and calm with good interpersonal skills. Excellent IT skills, a sense of humour and a willingness to work as part of a team will be key to ensuring Reception is professionally managed.
