Receptionist & Administrator

Location: West End

Salary: £28,500 per annum (part-time)

Hours: 10am-3pm, Monday to Friday

My client is a high-end healthcare clinic based in West End looking for a positive and professional individual to oversee the front of house and provide admin support to a small and friendly team. This is a part-time, permanent role looking for a January start. This role is 5 days in the office.

  • Ideally have experience in luxury/ high-end industries
  • IT proficient and able to use Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to learn
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
What you’ll do:
  • Provide a 5-star experience to clients and colleagues – meeting and greeting, offering beverages and creating a warm environment
  • Providing administrative and organisational support as well as liaising with external suppliers and manufacturers
  • Responsible for scheduling appointments, handling data, creating invoices, payment processing, task management and marketing
  • Monitor and manage diaries
