Bigham Road Medical Centre is seeking a part-time Receptionist to join our supportive and hardworking team for 20 hours per week. As the first point of contact for our patients, you0ll play a key role in ensuring they feel welcome, heard, and cared for. Main duties of the job

As a receptionist at Bigham Road Medical Centre, you0ll be responsible for providing an efficient and compassionate front-of-house service to our patients. Your duties will include answering telephone and face-to-face enquiries, booking and managing appointments, handling patient records, processing repeat prescriptions, and liaising with clinical staff. You0ll also assist with general administrative tasks to support the day-to-day running of the practice. Accuracy, discretion, and good communication are essential, as is a positive and flexible approach to teamwork. Full training will be provided.
