A UK-based healthcare facility is seeking a Receptionist to provide full reception services in the Dermatology Outpatients team. A position has arisen within the Dermatology Outpatients team for a Receptionist. The role will be for 22.5 hours per week.
The role is to provide a full reception service to outpatient clinics ensuring all patient information, referrals and appointments are appropriately processed within Trust guidelines.
The candidate will offer the highest standard of customer care to patients, visitors and other service users, adhering to Departmental guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures and the Trust's Code of Values & Behaviours.
As a Receptionist you will provide the first point of contact for patients, relatives and carers arriving for an outpatient appointment, presenting in a professional, calm and confident manner in line with the Trust's Values and Behaviours.
You will provide a full reception service to the outpatient clinic, including, but not limited to:
