A local healthcare facility in Chipping Ongar is seeking an organised and friendly receptionist for a part-time role, involving 20 hours per week. Responsibilities include assisting patients, managing appointments, and providing information. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential. Prior experience in healthcare is preferred, but full training will be given. Flexible hours are necessary to assist with coverage.
Ongar Health Centre is pleased to be recruiting for an organised and friendly receptionist to join their busy team, on a part-time basis. The position is for 20 hours per week, although some flexibility is required as you will sometimes need to cover additional/alternative hours for colleagues. The hours are as follows:
Monday 1pm - 6.30pm
Thursday 2pm - 6.30pm
Friday 2pm - 6.30pm.
The successful candidate must be able to undertake a range of administrative duties to support the multidisciplinary team, be able to work as part of a team, have the ability to organise and prioritise their own workload on a day-to-day basis. We would welcome applications from organised, adaptable, and friendly individuals who are keen to help us provide high levels of customer service.
Ongar Health Centre is busy training practice yet friendly dispensing practice, serving a patient population of 12,000 and operating from purpose built premises.
