Overview

Job Title: Temporary Receptionist

Location: Adderbury, Banbury

Contract Type: Temporary

Dates: 19th September - 3rd October - Temp cover

Pay: £12.30 per hour

Hours: 8am-4pm

Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and clients with a warm welcome and a smile
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly, ensuring excellent customer service
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the reception area's organisation
  • Assist in the preparation of meeting rooms and handle catering requests
  • Maintain a professional appearance and atmosphere in the reception area
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
