A leading global insurance firm in London is seeking a Reception Team Leader to oversee five reception areas and a team of receptionists. Responsibilities include leading the team, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing meeting room bookings, and communicating effectively with the hospitality team. Previous experience in a corporate reception role and strong interpersonal skills are essential. What is the role?
Being responsible for five reception areas and eight receptionists within our head office, reporting into the Head of Reception and working in collaboration with the second Reception Team Leader. Creating a warm and inviting environment and helping the team maintain and deliver a five-star customer service experience.
