Portico are currently recruiting for a Reception Supervisor.

The team take pride in being the service partner selected to deliver the front of house services and have a special can-do flexible approach relishing the opportunity to keep raising the bar exceeding expectations at every chance they get.

Daily the Reception Supervisor will get to know the clients vision of exceeding expectations through intuitive service careful planning and faultless standards. Team motivation pride and engagement are essential to exceeding our clients expectations and the Supervisor plays a huge part in ensuring all these things are present.

Working Hours

40 hours per week shifts between 8 5 pm

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail. They will be proactive flexible and have a can-do attitude with the ability to set the example supervise and promote change.

The successful candidate must be able to engage with others to create rapport and be able to handle multiple requests simultaneously.

Previous supervisory customer service experience is essential.
