A leading service provider in Reading is seeking a Reception Supervisor. This full-time role involves leading a team to deliver exceptional front of house services, ensuring client satisfaction, and exceeding expectations. Candidates must have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and supervisory experience in customer service. Daily the Reception Supervisor will get to know the clients vision of exceeding expectations through intuitive service careful planning and faultless standards. Team motivation pride and engagement are essential to exceeding our clients expectations and the Supervisor plays a huge part in ensuring all these things are present.
