We’re looking for a Reception Manager with exceptional leadership, systems knowledge, and a passion for guest service to lead our front‑of‑house host team.

As Reception Manager, you’ll be the face of the venue and the first point of contact for our guests. You’ll lead and manage a team of 9 Senior Hosts and Hosts, ensuring every guest receives a warm, professional welcome.

Your experience with the reservation platformSeven Roomswill be essential for managing high‑volume bookings and guest communications. You’ll be responsible for the smooth and professional operation of the reception team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Reception and Host team
  • Ensure all guests are welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
  • Oversee and manage all reservations using SevenRooms and OpenTable
  • Coordinate guest flow across the venue to maximise service, bookings, and table turns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regular guests, VIPs, and high‑profile clientele
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication between reception, floor, and management teams
  • Provide on‑the‑job training, coaching, and development to your team
  • Maintain front desk standards, ensuring appearance, etiquette, and guest handling are always to the highest level
  • Collaborate with marketing and events teams to manage guest lists, private bookings, and special events
