What you’ll do
  • You will be responsible for guiding and inspiring the Host team to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
  • You’ll have experience working in boutique hotels delivering unique tailored and personalised experiences to guests including butler services and concierge therefore you will have the ultimate London knowledge and well established relationships that will offer our guests the very best of what should have their notice.
  • You’ll also Prepare the departmental budgets including sales costs and wages. Anticipate future guest trends & align service offering and Enhance brand image and maximise short & long term profitability.
