A local education provider in Bristol is seeking a part-time Reception/Administrator Level 1 to provide a welcoming and efficient front-of-house service. Job Title: Reception/Administrator Level 1
Actual Annual Salary: £9,190 - £10,017 (Based on hours and weeks worked)
Full Time Equivalent Salary: £25,941 - £28,275 (CLF Grade B) Based on Full Time hours, All Year Round.
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Part Time, 15 hours per week, Time Only plus INSET Days and 4 additional days
Additional information: This role will require someone to work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 12.30pm - 4.15pm, Thursday will be the non‑working day. (This is a job share role)

We are seeking a Reception/Administrator with a warm, professional manner and a passion for supporting young people and their families. This busy and varied role requires someone who can juggle multiple tasks at once while ensuring the smooth running of our front‑of‑house operations. You will provide a welcoming and efficient reception service, supporting visitors, students, and staff, as well as assisting the wider administrative team.
