Overview

A highly successful Property Consultancy has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit a Chartered Building Surveyor within their expanding Bristol office.

Role features:

• Office based in the City Centre.
• Part of a Building Surveying team of 16 people (all based in Bristol).
• Dealing with a full range of instructions on a variety of commercial properties (very little public sector work).
• Workload is generally split 60% projects/CA and 40% surveys.
• Contract work typically ranges between £500k to £10m.

Responsibilities

• Work within one of the largest Building Surveying teams in the region, receiving support from a strong network of colleagues.
• Manage a varied workload including project/contract administration and surveys, with a focus on delivering high-quality work for primarily private sector clients (e.g., pension funds).
• Lead or contribute to high-level projects that positively impact the local area.
