Job description

Our international City firm client is looking for a talented and ambitious Real Estate Solicitor (1-3 PQE) to join the established and expanding London Real Estate practice. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your own profile and expertise within a supportive and collaborative team, working alongside some of the best in the industry.

The team is recognised in leading legal directories and acts for a diverse range of clients, including major retail operators, property developers, investors and lenders.

You will advise a broad range of clients on a variety of Real Estate matters, including:

  • Acquisitions and disposals of investment property, including sale and leaseback transactions
  • Negotiation of leases and associated landlord and tenant documents, acting for both landlords and tenants
  • Acquisition and disposal of development sites, including development agreements
  • Reviewing and reporting on title matters and advising on heads of terms
  • Coordinating with other practice areas such as Corporate, Insolvency, Banking and Construction to deliver seamless client service
