Real Estate NQ (Investment & Development)

Location: Exeter

Salary £63,000 - £67,000

The Role

You’ll join the firm's Investment & Development team, working on a broad mix of high value, high impact matters across the commercial and residential sectors. Your work will span:

• Investment acquisitions, disposals and asset management
• Private residential development
• Local authority and registered provider housing schemes
• Estate regeneration and joint venture projects
• Strategic land transactions
• Due diligence on medium and large development or investment sites
• Drafting and assisting with acquisition and sale documentation for mixed use and residential led schemes

You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues in Corporate, Banking & Finance, Litigation, Projects & Construction, Planning and Environmental, gaining exposure to genuinely multidisciplinary projects. You’ll also manage your own files (with support), build client relationships and contribute to business development.
