Responsibilities
- Transactional Work: Handle a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, lettings, and property finance.
- Client Advisory: Provide comprehensive legal advice to a diverse clientele, including developers, investors, landlords, and tenants.
- Document Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on real estate transactions, identifying and addressing potential legal issues.
- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across various departments to deliver integrated legal solutions and ensure seamless client service.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and excellent service.
- Market Insight: Stay updated on the latest developments in commercial real estate law and contribute to thought leadership within the firm.
Candidate requirements
- Qualified solicitor 1-3 years PQE in commercial real estate.
- Proven experience in handling a broad range of commercial real estate matters.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Proficiency in managing complex transactions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
