Job description

Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a top-tier, Legal 500 ranked firm in Leeds who are looking for a Real Estate Associate to join their team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the team on a diverse and high-quality caseload, including acquisitions, disposals, development work, and landlord-tenant matters.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial and technical expertise in handling a variety of real estate matters.
  • Work closely with clients, providing advice and representation on a range of real estate issues.
  • Participate in business development activities to help grow the practice and expand client relationships.
  • Contribute to the growth agenda of the practice, supporting wider team goals.
  • Develop and enhance your career, with opportunities to progress to the next level and beyond.

The successful candidate:

  • 2 years + PQE in real estate law.
  • Experience in real estate matters like acquisitions, disposals, development, and landlord-tenant issues.
  • Ability to work closely with clients and provide effective advice.
  • Experience in business development and building client relationships.
  • Motivated to grow professionally and take on new challenges.
  • Development experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
