BCL Legal is delighted to be assisting an award winning law firm in their recruitment of a skilled Real Estate Associate to join a highly regarded, award-winning law firm with a strong national presence and global reach. This is a chance to become part of a market-leading Real Estate team, working on complex, high-value matters alongside a recognised leader in the field.

The Opportunity

Working directly with a senior Partner, you will advise a diverse and prestigious client base—including UK and international investors, pension funds, financial institutions, and developers—on a broad range of real estate transactions.

Your caseload will include:

• Investment and development transactions
• Acquisition and disposal of commercial property assets
• Asset management and property finance work
• Supporting on complex, multi-jurisdictional real estate matters
• Playing a key role in the development of long-standing client relationships

What We\'re Looking For

You'll be an experienced real estate solicitor who enjoys delivering excellent client service and is looking to take on a more strategic and client-facing role.

Key requirements include:

• A qualified solicitor in England & Wales (ideally 3+ PQE)
• Experience handling a broad range of commercial property matters
• Comfortable working independently on files, while contributing to team initiatives
• Commercial acumen and strong communication skills
• A collaborative mindset and interest in mentoring junior team members
