Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in selecting properties and achieving sales targets.
  • Promote property sales through various advertising media and listing services.
  • Engage with prospects and clients interested in real estate deals.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.
  • Coordinate the closing process of property deals, ensuring all documents are signed and payments are received.
  • Act as an intermediary between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with housing laws and policies during property transactions.
  • Monitor the property market to identify potential clients and secure brokerage deals.
  • Maintain ongoing contact with clients to discuss future business opportunities.
Job Requirement:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • Valid CEA License or a Diploma/Graduate in Real Estate, with the ability to transact in the property market.
