A leading housing association in the UK is seeking a Reactive Planner to join their Passive Fire Team. You will coordinate scheduling and ensure the team meets fire safety compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in customer service, organizational skills, and DRS/Opti-time experience. Title : Reactive Planner - Passive Fire

Contract Type : 12 months FixedTerm Contract Full Time 35 hours per week

Salary : 30455(London weighted salary and 26296 (Regional Salary) per annum dependant onexperience. *Plus 1300 per annum Essential Car User Allowance

Grade : 5

Reporting Office : London Stratford or Manchester Trafford

Persona : AgileWorker : 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office / working location (hybrid working)

Join our Passive Fire Team at L&Q :

This is an opportunity to join our Passive works team on a Fixed Term basis and be part of the team created to inspected Front Entry doors on Annual basis. This team work to ensure we meet the current requirements and have clear processes in place.

The planner will be responsible for allocating work to the team and booking works in with residents from site.

The team is looking for a professional and experienced Work Planner to be part of the new team and to bring new ideas into the Passive Fire team.

Your impact in the role :

You will take care of arranging follow on works to ensure efficient service Logging data and notes on the computer systemto ensure smooth handover and communication. Passing on relevant information to all stakeholders. Prioritising and scheduling emergency jobs so you must have excellent organisational of emails and adhering to SLAsescalating any issues to the supervisor or Passive works manager.

The successful applicant will have an opportunity to play a part in delivering a high impactservice to our residents and working on reducing our overdue actions.

You will be responsible for coordinating the planning and scheduling of the Passive Technicians across the L&Q estate specifically relating to Fire Safety works. Managing their diaries and timetablestoensure that jobs are completed in a timely manner. Residentsreceive a satisfactory service and that maintenance issues are resolved in line withservice level agreements.

The successful candidate will work alongside the Passive Fire Safety Team and will report into the Passive works supervisor.

What youll bring :

To be successful in this role you will need the ability to work in a busy fast paced environment possess excellent administration skills and be computer literate.

It is also essential to have excellent customer service communication and organisational skills. DRS / Opti-time experience is essential.

Repairs and Maintenance knowledge is essential as well as front line Customer Service experience.
