Reactive Lead Cleaning Technician - based Sevenoaks (ideally Orpington/Swanley)

Salary: £28,800 base + overtime & enhancements (earn £38k+ with OOH pay)

What You’ll Do

• Lead on reactive and emergency works, ensuring safe and high-quality delivery.
• Support technicians and agency staff on-site, providing guidance and training.
• Carry out cleaning and related services in line with company standards.
• Maintain company equipment, vehicles, and PPE.
• Ensure accurate job logging using company tablets.
• Uphold a commitment to customer service excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in reactive or fast-paced operational environments.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support others.
• Full UK manual driving licence (essential) with no more than 3 points.
• Flexible approach to work, including OOH and weekends.
• Customer-focused, organised, and calm under pressure.
