A leading financial institution in Ipswich is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to prepare financial plans and support Wealth Managers. This full-time position requires strong communication skills and a CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. The role offers opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic, collaborative team.
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner to join the Ipswich or Norwich office on a permanent, full‑time basis.
As an experienced Paraplanner, you will demonstrate a proficient understanding of core Financial Planning solutions and have gained knowledge through exposure to client planning scenarios. You will analyse our clients' aims and needs to construct solutions as a tool for advisors to communicate to clients. We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering high‑quality technical support to wealth managers and clients alike. You will provide guidance to other team members and be a key link between the support team and the Wealth Managers to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner and to a high standard for the team.
For candidates that demonstrate the right attributes, there is opportunity to grow within the role and take on additional responsibilities over time, including people management, project work and involvement in wider group initiatives. RBC expects all employees and contractors to work in the office with some flexibility to work up to 1 day per week remotely, depending on working arrangements.
