This position involves providing support through detailed analysis, coordination, and administration. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Range Manager, developing skills in product support and ensuring accurate information for decision-making. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Crossflatts, England.

This is a permanent, full‑time position (36.5 hours) working hybrid - Monday & Friday from home and Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday in the Bingley office.

Job Overview

Are you highly organised, detail‑focused, and keen to build a career within a commercial environment? This is an exciting opportunity to join our Commercial – Range Team in an administration‑led support role, where accuracy, organisation, and strong processes are key to success.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, supporting a busy commercial team through analysis, coordination, and day‑to‑day administration. You’ll play a vital part in keeping the range function running smoothly, ensuring information is accurate, up to date, and ready for decision‑making.

Working closely with the Range Manager and Assistant Range Manager, you’ll develop a strong foundation in commercial administration and product support, gaining exposure to range development processes while focusing primarily on structured, detail‑driven work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and analytical support to the Range Manager and Assistant Range Manager, including weekly product analysis, reporting, and preparation of documentation for key sign‑off meetings.
  • Monitor and manage failed product deliveries, coordinating with QC, Merchandising, international teams, and suppliers to track issues, follow up actions, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and market data gathering, maintaining organised records to support commercial decision‑making.
  • Manage style creation administration, sample tracking, and catalogue copy checking, ensuring all information is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
  • Assist with trade analysis administration, including managing trade documents, maintaining best‑ and worst‑seller reports, and updating trackers to support future planning.
  • Maintain clear, well‑organised systems and files to ensure information is easily accessible and up to date.
Skills and Experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Confident handling administrative tasks, data, and reports.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proactive, reliable, and keen to develop within a commercial support role.
