Qualifications

• Educated to HND/C in an appropriate engineering qualification desirable.
• Qualified to CDM regulations.
• Thorough knowledge of property, plant and equipment maintenance.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Experience of managing Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibilities for maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the depot infrastructure, plant and equipment is maintained.
• Manage site contracts and motivate contractors.
• Oversee and manage training of all Site Services Staff.
• Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to meet legal requirements.
