Qualifications

  • 5 years’ experience in Building Fabric or Civils asset management, ideally in rail.
  • Knowledge of technical, safety, and performance standards for stations.
  • Qualified with a relevant institution (ICE/IStructE) or (RICS) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead asset management policy application for building fabric and civils.
  • Monitor asset condition and compliance, addressing risks proactively.
  • Manage civils and building-related projects, ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Support inspections of building fabric and structural elements.
  • Represent the asset management function in meetings.
  • Provide operational support as required.
