A healthcare provider in Stockport seeks talented individuals to join their Admin and Clerical Team. This role involves crucial tasks such as addressing patient inquiries, managing reception responsibilities, and maintaining accurate information on databases while ensuring patient care and comfort. An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Admin and Clerical Team. We are looking for talented, driven individuals with a passion for patient care and service delivery to join our established team. Our Team has recently undergone a significant organisational change and now is the perfect time to join Radiology!
Please note that whilst the trust does offer sponsorship this role is unfortunately not eligible for visa sponsorship under the UK Health and Care Worker/Skilled Worker Route visa route. This is due to the position not meeting the minimum salary threshold of £41,700per annumand/or the requiredskill levelset by UK Visas and Immigration.

To participate in all queries from patients, visitors, and medical staff as a first line of contact in a clinical environment.
To participate in all aspects of the reception administration service within Radiology.
To work in offices or receptions in Radiology departments 'A', 'B' and 'C'.
To ensure the care and comfort of patients and carers whilst in the Department whilst manning reception desks.
To maintain and upload information onto supporting databases linked to patient pathways, recording investigations and relevant radiological information.
To deal with telephone enquiries from patients, GPs, Consultants and other staff disciplines.

If successful this vacancy will require a Standard DBS check at a cost of £26.90. This cost will be deducted from your first Trust salary.
In addition to this it will be a condition of your employment that you will join the DBS update service and pay the annual subscription fee of £16.
