Role Overview

As a Radan Programmer, you'll be responsible for creating accurate and efficient CNC programs using Radan software to drive our sheet metal operations. You'll work closely with production, design, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless workflow from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop CNC programs using Radan for laser cutting, punching, and bending operations
• Interpret technical drawings and convert them into machine‑ready code
• Collaborate with design engineers to resolve programming challenges
• Maintain and update Radan libraries and tooling databases
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in programming and production
