Reporting to: General Manager

Place in Organisation: Operations Team

Main Purpose of Job

This key operational role combines event management and team leadership, ensuring the safe, professional, and exciting delivery of race events while acting as a Duty Manager on shift. You will be responsible for managing the team, enforcing safety standards, and creating unforgettable experiences for every customer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run thrilling, safe, and high-quality race events
  • Act as Duty Manager across Front of House & Track
  • Deliver engaging and confident safety briefings
  • Enforce race rules and driver standards professionally
  • Support team training, development & performance
  • Liaise with management to ensure events run to standard
Requirements
  • Customer-facing or event-based experience preferred
  • Strong communicator and people manager
  • Calm under pressure, confident on the microphone
  • Logical thinker with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working evenings/weekends
