• Previous experience dealing with clients is essential.
• Proven report writing skills are required.
• Strong attention to detail is a must.
• Adept at using Microsoft Office packages.

Responsibilities

• Gather project information from clients through meetings.
• Understand guidelines and assess client projects for R&D.
• Produce technical and financial documentation for claims.
• Review financial accounts with Finance department support.
• Engage with HMRC for additional documentation as needed.
• Maintain effective communication with clients during claims.
• Participate in the on-boarding process of clients.
