Role Overview

As a Packaging Development Designer, you are responsible for ensuring these requirements are met or exceeded and Haleon continues to deliver superior sustainable products to consumers and experts.

Within this role you will be supporting the packaging development of our products, providing analysis and evaluation of:

  • Product/packaging usage to include consumer experience and touchpoints.
  • Benchmarking our competition.
  • Sustainability profile of the packaging.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support multiple project teams to develop new sustainable packaging solutions.
  • Concept creation and development including sketching, CAD, renders, prototyping and consumer research.
  • Design and carry out experiments to characterise and understand packaging & product performance.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of models, methods or processes.
  • Be part of cross‑functional project teams, with members across Commercial, Supply Chain and R&D.
Education Requirements
  • Currently studying a degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or Engineering disciplines.

  • Hirevue One‑Way Video Interview – if selected you receive a link to complete an one‑way video interview focusing on your motivation for joining Haleon and what transferrable skills you will bring to the role. This will be screened by the Early Talent Team.
  • Interview – if selected you will be invited to attend a virtual interview; The interview will consist of a competency‑based interview and may include a case study/technical exercise.
  • Offer – candidates will receive an outcome within 2 weeks following interview.

Interviews will be held in January/February 2026.
