Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of industry or post-graduate experience in engineering, lab, or R&D environment.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience developing compiler infrastructure and technologies.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience developing compilers targeting quantum computers.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic vision and leadership in architecture and implementation of compilers.
• Mentor and develop technical leadership within the compiler team.
• Oversee advanced compiler design projects and development.
