You will work closely with Associate Directors on significant developments, including high-rise and office schemes. Qualifications

  • Degree qualified ideally in Quantity surveying or RICS accredited.

  • Offering Pre & Post Contract services including Final Accounts.
  • Managing on-site travel & inspections.

Job description

Calibre Search are looking to speak ambitious Quantity Surveyors who would be interested in joining one of Yorkshires most established consultancies based in Leeds.

Due to internal promotions, a position at this level has now come available for you to work closely with the Associate Directors of the team as they deliver some on some flagship developments happening across the North of England.

Projects include a range of high rise BTR and office block schemes, student accommodation and other exciting large scale projects you will help deliver from a pre and post contract perspective.

The Practice themselves are 40+ plus strong in Leeds have always been the go to leading cost consultancy when it comes to project managing these landmark developments.

Responsibilities/Requirements
  • Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and cohesively as part of a team
  • The ability to deal/face Clients of all levels and general BD knowledge
  • Have professional presentation, attention to detail and flexibility within all work matters.
  • Offering Pre & Post Contract services - Final Accounts/BOQ's/measurements etc
  • Project Management/Employer Agent Services/ on-site travel & inspections.
  • Degree qualified (ideally in Quantity surveying or a RICS accredited at least)
  • Previous experience working within a construction consultancy environment
