• 3–6 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a consultancy or client-side environment.
• Strong technical understanding of both pre- and post-contract work.
• Experience working on building and/or infrastructure schemes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full cost management duties across the project lifecycle.
• Prepare detailed cost plans, estimates, tender documents, and contracts.
• Manage procurement processes and contractor negotiations.
• Oversee valuations, variations, and change control.
• Provide commercial advice to clients across building and infrastructure projects.
• Support junior staff and contribute to team development.
