Overview

Quantity Surveyor — Northampton office with site visits. Option for hybrid working. Salary: £45-65,000. Car or allowance. Full Time.

Our client is a multi-disciplinary contractor with approximately 70 employees and has had a 45% increase in turnover from the previous year. They specialise in high end fast track refurbishment schemes across commercial, retail, and industrial. Responsibilities

• Run several fast paced schemes valued between £1-5m.
• Work on refit and refurbishment projects of existing buildings, taking account of live environments and constraints of existing structures.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure delivery is aligned with client goals and timelines.

• Experienced Quantity Surveyor with construction / fit out experience.
