Qualifications

• Qualified Quantity Surveyor with legal/commercial awareness in civil engineering or marine environment.
• Good knowledge of NEC suite of contracts and subcontract administration.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Advise Project and Site teams on contract administration and commercial matters.
• Prepare monthly valuations, payment applications, and invoices.
• Assist with monthly financial reporting and monitor subcontractor performance.
• Contribute to tender assessments and sub-contract negotiations.
• Attend commercial meetings and liaise with legal departments as required.
