• Analyse sub-contractor and vendor quotations, ensuring all inclusions and exclusions are clearly identified. Provide detailed cost estimates for complex projects.
• Prepare initial account reports to set up project budgets and financial frameworks. Ensure accurate financial planning from project inception.
• Prepare and manage final accounts for completed projects, ensuring all financial aspects are settled and documented accurately.
• Oversee and manage variations, ensuring that all changes to the project scope are accurately reflected and financially accounted for.
• Monitor and manage project profit and loss, ensuring that all financial targets are met and cost control measures are in place.

Requirements:

• Must have valid working rights in the UK.
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecom, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience within the construction and telecom industry.
