  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Managing project costs from initial estimates through to final accounts.
  • Working closely with architects, engineers and contractors.
  • Preparing and evaluating tenders, contracts and variations.
  • Providing cost advice and value engineering options.
  • Maintaining accurate financial reporting throughout the build lifecycle.
  • Supporting smooth and professional client interactions.
