The Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of a diverse range of residential and commercial construction projects. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior management and project teams from pre‑construction through to final account.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing cost plans, estimates, and budgets
• Managing procurement, subcontractor packages, and valuations
• Monitoring project costs and cash flow
• Preparing and agreeing interim valuations and final accounts
• Managing variations, change control, and commercial risk
• Supporting pre‑construction and tender processes
• Working collaboratively with clients, consultants, and internal teams

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial projects
• Excellent commercial awareness and cost control skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management (preferred)
