ROLE: QUANTITY SURVEYOR

LOCATION: Ilkeston, Derbyshire – Hybrid working

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic and innovative company known for its commitment to excellence in the infrastructure / construction sector. This company prides itself on fostering strong relationships with key clients and maintaining a collaborative work environment. The Quantity Surveyor will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day management of sub-contractor accounts while ensuring the highest standards of commercial awareness and communication.

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing various aspects of contract administration and financial reporting, making this a pivotal role for those looking to advance their careers in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities Included

- Reviewing and processing sub-contract payments.

- Re-measurement of sub-contract works for sub-contract valuations.

- Producing quantities and schedules for procurement of sub-contract packages.

- Preparation and issuing of sub-contract documentation to sub-contractors.

- Preparation of project interim valuations and monthly financial reports.
