Whitefox Chartered Surveyors is looking to appoint a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team in Bournemouth. This role presents a unique opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking, values-driven practice during an exciting period of growth.

The Role

This is a client-facing role with responsibility across a range of Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration duties. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Preparation of cost plans, budgets, and tender documentation
  • Contract administration under JCT and other standard forms
  • Managing procurement processes and tender evaluations
  • Monitoring project costs, progress valuations, and final accounts
  • Supporting clients through the project lifecycle from inception to completion
  • Liaising with contractors, consultants, and design teams
  • Contributing to business development and client relationship management

Candidate Profile

We’re looking for a confident and capable professional who brings both technical expertise and a collaborative team-focussed mindset. The ideal candidate will have :

  • RICS accreditation (or working towards)
  • Experience in cost consultancy and contract administration
  • Knowledge of JCT and other standard forms of contract
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially aware approach
  • A valid UK driving licence (own transport preferred)
