Responsibilities

• Carry out verification and monitoring of the production process.

QA Technician (Nights)

To assist the Quality Assurance Supervisor to maintain, verify & monitor the Food Safety, Quality Systems & Product Quality within the business, to meet internal, customer & third-party requirements. To promote a Quality Culture within the business.

Location: Coventry

Role and key responsibilities for QA Technician :

• To carry out verification and monitoring of the production process
• Sample collection, testing and relevant corrective action for Shelf-life monitoring
• Ensures high levels of GMP and GLP are achieved at all times
• Works with the production team to reduce customer complaints.
• Ensures traceability is achieved throughout the production process
• Thoroughly investigates customer complaints.
• Verifies equipment according to the Calibration Plan.
• Maintains neat legible records and reports equipment out of tolerance

Minimum Requirements for QA Technician :

• Basic Health and Safety
• HACCP
• Awareness of site GMO policy and requirements.
• Experience in working with confidential information.
• Internal Auditing experience.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point & Outlook.

Pay rate: £ per hour

Working hours: Nights 4 on 4 off
